Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Arise Labs — including Kuploy and Leeram (together, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
The Services are provided by Arise Labs Ventures, a business registered in the Province of Alberta, Canada. “Arise Labs”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Arise Labs Ventures. Our registration details are set out at the end of this page.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate any applicable regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Services;
- reverse engineer or resell the Services except as expressly permitted; or
- upload malicious code or content you do not have the right to share.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Some Services are offered on a paid basis. Fees, billing cycles, and any free-trial terms are presented at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including Canadian GST/HST), which we will add where required. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for amounts due.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Services. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit your content.
6. Intellectual property
The Services, including their software, design, and trademarks (such as “Arise Labs”, “Kuploy”, and “Leeram”), are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant you no rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services as permitted here.
7. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arise Labs Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts located in Alberta will have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
